Why we are telling you this
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we must tell you clearly what personal
data we collect from the delivery app, why, and what happens to it — and get your agreement
before any location tracking starts.
The one-line version: your phone shares its location ONLY while you are on an
active delivery or collection job. We keep only your latest position, never a movement history,
and it is deleted within 4 hours. Off the job, nothing is sent and nothing is stored.
What we collect
At sign-up: your name, phone number, PIN, residency status (Singaporean/PR or work-pass),
role (driver / crew), driving licence class and a photo of your driving licence (to verify you are a
qualified driver), your vehicle type and model (to offer you the right jobs and pay the own-vehicle rate),
and your PayNow / bank account details (used only to pay you). No NRIC number, no home address.
While a job is ACTIVE: your phone sends its GPS position roughly every 45 seconds.
A job is ACTIVE only between the moment you tap ▶ Start job and the moment you tap
✅ Done.
Proof photos: on collection jobs, the photo you take of the loaded equipment.
What we use it for — and nothing else
Coordinating deliveries: the dispatcher sees where the two vehicles are during runs.
Customer ETAs: customers see how many stops are before theirs — never your position or full name (first name only).
Proof of service: completion times and collection photos protect you if a customer disputes a delivery.
What we will NEVER do
Track you before you start a job, after you finish, on breaks, or on your off days.
Keep a history or profile of your movements — the system stores one latest point, which
overwrites the previous one, and auto-deletes within 4 hours or the moment your last job closes.
Sell or share your location with anyone outside the dispatch office.
Use your location for anything other than the delivery coordination described above.
Your agreement, and taking it back
The driver app asks you to agree to this policy once. If you do not agree, you can still
register and claim jobs, but live tracking stays off for you. You can withdraw your agreement any
time by telling the office — tracking stops from that moment. Withdrawal does not affect pay for
work already done, but the dispatcher may need to call you for position updates during runs.
How long we keep things
Location: latest point only, deleted within 4 hours, or immediately when your last active job closes.
Job and payment records (what you did, when, what you were paid): kept for payroll and tax purposes as required by law.
If you leave us: your account is suspended or deleted on request; job records needed for finance stay.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask
questions about this policy at any time.
