π My entries this month
π My daily playbook
Do this every working day. Use Claude (claude.ai) to draft every email β never send a generic blast.
π
Morning (first 2 hours)
- Replies first β answer every reply from yesterday within the hour. A warm reply is worth 20 cold emails.
- 20 NEW outreach emails minimum: 10 corporate (D&D, office lunches, festival catering) + 10 venues (event spaces, condo function rooms, community clubs, studios β anywhere without a good halal Indian caterer).
- For each one: open the target's website, copy their about/events page into Claude with the prompt below, personalise, send.
βοΈ Midday
- Follow-ups β day 3, day 7 and day 14 after the first email. Most deals close on follow-up, not first touch.
- Call the 3 hottest prospects. Email opens the door; the phone closes it.
π Afternoon
- EDM block (once a week): pick the theme (Deepavali packages, D&D season, wedding fairs), write the copy with Claude, then brief Ashvika (graphic designer) for the visual β she designs, you send.
- β Reviews (your incentive!): message 3 recent happy customers asking for a Google review β send the direct review link. Every review counts to your score.
π Before you stop (5 min)
- Log it all above β emails, corporate count, company names, venues fixed, reviews. Not logged = didn't happen.
π
Weekly: Monday β review your pipeline against the month's $170k target Β· 2 venue site visits Β· refresh your templates with Claude once a month.

Personalise it using their website below. 120 words max, one clear call to action for a 15-min call. Their website says: β¦"
π€ Claude prompt β corporate client:

π€ Claude prompt β review request (WhatsApp):
